  • Shipping & Delivery
  • U.S. Motorcycle Touring will provide customers with an email confirmation of tours purchased, including dates, times, duration of tours, starting and ending locations and other pertinent itinerary information.


  • Sales Tax
  • U.S. Motorcycle Touring charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase services and merchandise (when applicable) from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). U.S. Motorcycle Touring reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All tours require payment in full at time of reservation; the specific amount is described in the tour. You may cancel a tour up to 60 days prior to the tour start date for a full refund, less an administrative fee of no less than $100.00 and no more than $700, dependent upon length of tour cancelled. For cancellations between 59 and 31 days of the tour start date, you’ll receive a 50% refund, less an administrative fee of no less than $100.00 and no more than $700, dependent upon length of tour cancelled. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE TO BE REQUESTED IN WRITING AND RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE NUMBER OF DAYS AS STATED ABOVE BEFORE THE TOUR START DATE for any refund. There will be NO REFUNDS if written cancellations are received less than 30 days of the tour start date.
